SHIPPING
Vehicleaid ships only to locations within the US 48 contiguous states. Most orders are processed for shipment within 24-48 working hours after you finish payment, unless otherwise specified. Then you can track your packages with the tracking number sent.
Delivery or transit times will vary depending on the size of the package and the delivery location. Small and medium-sized packages are generally delivered within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date the packages leave our warehouse. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Upon receiving your order, inspect all shipping package(s) and items thoroughly for signs of damaged, missing, or incorrect parts. Our warehouses exert all efforts to prevent shipping damage, but it does occur on occasion. If you happen to receive a damaged part, please contact us for a replacement. We are not responsible for damaged, missing, or incorrect parts after 1 year from the date of receipt of the products, regardless of which party is at fault.
RISK OF LOSS
Please contact us immediately if you do not receive the entire shipment within two days of the carrier’s estimated delivery date. We will resend the package to you at no additional charge. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages reported more than 60 days after the estimated delivery date.
