Yes. We will send you a tracking number via email as soon as your package is sent.
Your tracking number is sent to the email address you provided in a follow-up email (which is different than your order notification). Please check your junk folders if you have trouble locating this email.

You can cancel/change your order at any time if the order has not yet been packed or shipped, otherwise you will need to return it. Please review our return policy here.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
No, Vehicleaid does not currently offer shipping to APO or FPO addresses.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Products must be in new condition and in the original packaging. Products marked “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned. Please check our return and refund policy here for more details.
We are not responsible for any return freight charges unless the return is due to a manufacturer’s defect or a direct result of an error on our part.
Refunds are normally processed within 24-72 business hours after our warehouse receives your returned headlights.
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment source. For credit card payments, it may take about 5 – 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
You can order the correct headlights on our website and return the wrong headlights to us, just like you return any other item. You can take a look at our return policy here.
HEADLIGHTS
Vehicleaid headlights do not contain electrical wiring.
All of our headlights are sold in pairs and we are not able to send them individually. Apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Yes, Vehicleaid headlights are sealed.
The fog you see in your light is condensation. Your Halogen headlight bulbs put out some heat, the inside of the headlight is full of warm air while the outside is cooler. Condensation occurs when ambient temperatures inside the headlights differ vastly from environment temperature. This causes gaseous water molecules inside the headlight to condense. Condensation is a natural phenomenon that occurs everywhere. This is sort of like how the front window on your car can fog up and you have to turn on the defroster vent to clear it all away. The condensation in your headlights will usually dissipate after the headlights are turned on, as the heat of the lights evaporates the moisture.
