Thanks for purchasing headlights at vehicleaid.com. If you buy the wrong headlights or are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date the product was received by the buyer or original recipient unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. Please repackage the item(s) in the original shipping container and contact us for a return.

All returns must be unused and in their original condition, including all items and components that were included in the original package. Items being returned must not have been disassembled, mounted, modified, or damaged due to incorrect installation or user error.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund.

If your return is approved, the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take about 5 – 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Shipping

You will be responsible for return shipping fees. It is strongly suggested to purchase insurance on the return shipment. If the package is damaged during the shipping process, you will not be eligible for a refund. It is also suggested to get tracking and shipping confirmation when returning a product to ensure us receives the package. We are not responsible for packages lost during the shipping process.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order made on vehicleaid.com, please call us or contact us via Live Chat or email. Cancellations may be accommodated if the order has not yet been packed or shipped.

We will do our best to process order cancellations, but if for any reason we are unable to do so, you will need to wait for the order to be delivered and then return it to us. For more details, please refer to our return policy.

Limited 1 Year Warranty

Vehicleaid will guarantee that your product will be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 1 Year from the original purchase date unless otherwise specified.

This limited warranty is non-transferable, and made ONLY to the original purchaser.

This limited warranty does not extend to any product that fails due to:

  • Accident or collision
  • Improper use, installation, maintenance, or service
  • Use of the product with other third-party product(s) which fail
  • Abuse, misuse, modification, or neglect of the product
  • Failure to follow directions on proper use or installation
  • Flood, chemical fallout, salt, hail, or other environment conditions including natural disasters
  • Installation or use on vehicles used for powersports, off-road, or racing purposes where such product is not intended for these applications
  • Installation or use on vehicles used for marine purposes where such product is not intended for marine use

This limited warranty does not cover labor, towing, or rental car charges, which are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

This limited warranty does not cover incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages.

We will either replace any defective or malfunctioning product at no charge or provide a refund instead of replacing the product.

If a product is replaced under this warranty, we will warranty the replacement product as well, subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions contained in this policy.
